      About the Vibration Data Survey
      The Hydraulic Institute is initiating action to produce the next edition of the standard ANSI/HI 9.6.4, Rotodynamic Pumps for Vibration Measurement & Allowable Values. In order to improve the standard, the ANSI/HI 9.6.4 Vibration Committee is seeking vibration data from end users. Survey forms have been created to assist in the data collection process for the following type of equipment:

      • Horizontal Motor
      • Mono-Vane Impeller
      • Submersible Volute Pump
      • Vertically Suspended Pump
      • Vertically Suspended Pump with Gearbox

      To download a copy of the survey, please click the available links shown below. Once a survey form is completed, it can be submitted to the attention of Edgar Suarez, Technical Program Manager, via email at esuarez@pumps.org or mailed to 300 Interpace Parkway, Building A, 3rd Floor, Parsippany, NJ 07054.
